Jim Thome may return in tonight's game. So, what happens to the hitting order when Thome returns? Here's Ozzie:
"I might have Dye hit third and Thome, then Paulie [Konerko]. We think about it, just because of the speed. Having Dye on base, then Paulie or Thome in a row, you have a chance to score. That's in my mind right now. I don't know if we're going to do that because I'm not trying to change things because of where we are. I think it would be better off doing it that way, but like I said, that's in the air right now. I don't know if I'm going to do that. It should be a temporary thing, [until] Thome feels 100 percent and gives me a good effort on the basepaths. It's just about speed. Dye, the way he's hitting right now, if he comes with men on base, I'm not going to push Thome to score from first with anything. That's why I have to be a little careful about how we're going to use them."
[Jon Greenberg]
"It could be Dye, Konerko and Thome or Dye, Thome and Konerko, and A.J. and Crede. It depends if I want to go lefty, righty, lefty, righty or three righties in a row. With the right-handed hitters I have with Dye, Konerko and Iguchi, they'll swing bat no matter who they face."
By the way, here's Jermaine's reaction:
"You hit out of your spot in the lineup the first time around and that's it. It doesn't matter to me at all. I go hit wherever the manager puts me."
Can we clone him?

Freddy on allowing 36 base steals in 37 attempts:
"If I keep throwing over [to first], I'll lose my rhythm"
