[Press Release]

CHICAGO -- The Chicago White Sox vs. Seattle Mariners game on Saturday, September 23 at U.S. Cellular Field, originally scheduled for 6:05 p.m., has been rescheduled for 12:15 p.m. The game will air nationally and locally on FOX-TV and will be broadcast locally on WSCR SportsRadio 670 AM.

The White Sox also announced their September 30 game vs. the Minnesota Twins at 11:10 a.m. will now be televised. The network airing the game will be determined in the near future.

The September 30th game with Minnesota, the penultimate game of the (regular) season, is scheduled an hour earlier than the FOX game of the week time slot because the Golden Gophers are scheduled to get their butts kicked at home in the HHH Dome by Michigan that night. There had to be some significant wheelin' and dealin' to get this game out from under the grasp of FOX and their window of exclusivity.
