Alexei Ramirez is next up in our community projection project.
Alexei began the '08 season as the opening day center fielder, an experiment that only lasted two games. He played sporadically (and poorly) in over the season's first 6 weeks, before making Juan Uribe the White Sox version of Wally Pipp with a .304/.331/.502 line the rest of the season.
Can Ramirez post a full season's worth of those numbers? Does Cuban Pride affect your projection? Have we seen his peak performance? Can he increase his walk rate? Is his power maxed out?
As usual, contribute your entry by filling in the form after the jump.
