Congratulations to the Texas Rangers for finally winning a pennant. In the past decade, we've seen six teams make their first World Series appearance. Here's hoping they take after the Diamondbacks and Angels more than the Astros, Rays, and Rockies. We now sit at a mere two teams that haven't made it to the main stage. Seattle and Washington, the race of futility just got a lot more serious.
