Carlos Quentin Community Projection

The results of the Gordon Beckham projection made me think he might be projected as the Sox most valuable player (read: hitter) when you factor in defense and positional adjustments. The only player who can might be able to eclipse him would have to be Carlos Quentin.

But...

Can Quentin stay healthy? Can he revisit his '08 numbers, or was that just a fluke?
