• Our first interview is with Baseball America's, Ben Badler who speaks with Jim. Very insightful conversation on how the White Sox have improved since Marco Paddy has taken responsibility for international operations. Also, how the Sox fared in this year's signings and the difficulties scouting in Venezuela.
• A new friend of the podcast, Eno Sarris stops by to share some thoughts about the Sox. Why Carlos Rodon just needs to believe in his changeup and throw it more often.
