Have you ever wanted to run the White Sox? Every year, I put together an off-season simulation where I take 30 fans representing each team, and allow them to make off-season moves using real-world circumstances.

You can read the rules and learn a bit about the process here. A recap of last year's simulation is here (GMs like to make a lot of moves!) We are shooting to beging Sunday, November 4, probably in the early evening and will take three days. The time commitment is as much or as little as you want. Discussion is conducted via email, although I will probably set up a Slack channel.
