Milwaukee Brewers at Los Angeles Dodgers, NLCS Game 4 (8:09 CT, FS1)
Not to overuse the whole “must game” concept, especially for a Game 4, but when the Los Angeles Dodgers can’t even get their fans to be excited about playoff action in a deadlocked series, they might be in trouble. In the words of noted utilityman and boutique owner Kike Hernández, the Dodgers “sucked” on Monday.
The crazy-ass opener experiment otherwise known as Giovany González is happening again in Game 4, as Milwaukee Brewers manager Craig Counsell doubles down on his workingman’s bullpen for another six or seven innings tonight. On the L.A. side, it’s southpaw Rich Hill, who was 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA vs. Beertown in 2018.
