Most Essential White Sox Vote: Round 22

Two more prospects advance

Congratulations to two more Chicago White Sox prospects.

With a one-vote win in the poll today, Luis Alexander Basabe is the 20th most essential member of the White Sox. He edged out Jake Burger, who is the 21st most essential.

Basabe drew 26% of the Round 20 vote and 27% of Round 21, while Burger went 26% and 26%. Basabe was voted the 11the most important White Sox prospect with 47% of the 11th vote. That means he edged ahead of Burger in the most essential balloting, as the injured third baseman finished eighth in the prospect vote, with 29% of the eighth poll.

With Basabe and Burger advancing, Luis González and Jordan Stephens are added to the ballot.
