Happy Father’s Day, South Side Sox!

Maybe all the blue bats and prostate cancer awareness and delightful weather in the 80s and it being impossible for Gardy to run Shane Greene out for a fifth game in a row in a close game (right, just not possible, right?) gives the Chicago White Sox the chance to win their first game this year while hosting Detroit. Regardless of today’s outcome, the Tigs oughta just vote the Sox a playoff share if they make it.

Tough to call in folks to work on a holiday, and unfortunately, I’m out early today, thus no posted lineups in the gamethread. Based on the fact that my one prior attempt to break remotely into a gamethread to update info resulted in me posting dummy copy on site, I’ll reserve the right to update posts while mobile until I can handle technology slightly better than an OPOS.

One of you deft users are welcome to post lineups in the comments, or if an SSS editor-type wants to do same, knock yourselves out. Hopefully, Papa Big Game can deliver a nice holiday to everyone!
