The AZL White Sox jumped in front early, plating three runs in the second inning. Another run in the fourth and four runs in the fifth inning put the game out of reach. 2B Camilo Quinteiro stood out at the plate reaching base five times with two hits in two official at-bats, a pair of RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base. C Ty Greene contributed three hits in an eight-hit attack for the squad. After starting pitcher Taylor Varnell completed three innings of shutout ball, Nelson Acosta came in to pitch four innings of one-run ball to earn the victory.

The DSL White Sox fell to 2-12 on the season after being shut out by the DSL Orioles on Monday. DSL White Sox managed just four hits, none for extra bases, with Ulises Martinez contributing half of those hits. Starting pitcher Yordi Rosario pitched two scoreless innings before being removed. Cristofer Melendez gave up four runs (three earned) in two innings to take the loss. On the bright side, DSL White Sox only committed one error in this one.
