- Carlos Rodon is officially back after having left shoulder surgery on Sept. 27 of last year. Rodon went at least 7 1⁄3 innings against the Red Sox, Dodgers and Astros last August. His slider is almost unhittable to right-handers when he can bury it down and in. Should be fun to at least see him back out there today.
- David Price starts for the Red Sox. Price has looked pretty good this year, posting a 4.08 ERA in 12 games this season. Sox hitters haven’t had too many career at-bats against the lefty (Jose Abreu has just two hits in 18 at-bats against Price), but with that lineup Ricky Renteria’s throwing out there today, that’s not too shocking.
