Remember when it was hilarious that brief call-up middle infielder José Rondón batted cleanup and/or DH for the White Sox, back when they were free-falling to 30 under .500? Well, with José Abreu out of the lineup, Rondón (18 homers at Triple-A, three with the Sox) is Chicago’s home run leader, so DH/batting fifth it is.
