So, here we find ourselves, White Sox fans, at the penultimate game of the dreary 2018 season. The last time the Sox lost 100 or more games was the summer before I was born (56-106 that year, oof). That was both a bad sign for my life of fandom to come, but also puts me on a dubious streak of some kind, one that I’d like to see continue.
The other two storylines worth watching tonight at the Sox face the Minnesota Twins: Can Carlos Rodon end his season on a high note, and can Yolmer Sanchez finish the season atop the American League in triples (he’s currently tied for first)?
