- Michael Kopech gets the start for the White Sox tonight. Kopech has looked good in his first few starts in the majors, but the weather certainly has not cooperated. Unfortunately, the forecast looks bad tonight, too. Regardless, fans should be excited that Kopech holds a 0.82 ERA in his 11 major league innings with nine strikeouts.
- Jordan Zimmerman gets the ball tonight the Detroit Tigers. Zimmerman has been good against every other team not named the White Sox. Zimmerman is 0-2 with an 8.85 ERA against the Sox this season. He has a 6-4 record with a 3.13 ERA against the rest of the league. I don’t know what it is, but the Sox will certainly take another matchup against Z.
If anyone wanted to know what Yolmer Sanchez was up to today, here ya go...
