Davis Martin: 4 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 2 K

The offense came early and often for the Voyagers in their series-clinching win. After Konnor Pilkington gave up two runs in the second inning, Great Falls scored eight unanswered runs.

Amado Nunez struck twice, as he had the team’s first RBI. He would eventually drive in a second in the fourth inning.

Lenyn Sosa also contributed to the win, as he had multiple hits, including an RBI. And Bryce Bush is looking better than ever, with three doubles in two playoff games. He had an OPS of just less than 2.000 in the series.

Davis Martin, one of the three straight highly-touted prospects that made their way to the Voyagers after being drafted outside of the top 10 rounds, had a great outing. He threw three innings of perfect baseball, as the Voyagers grew their lead to six runs. Then Nunez struck again.

Nunez had an MVP night in the series clincher, as he was involved in four of the nine runs scored tonight. Great Falls won, 9-2, and won the series, 2-0. Their opponent will be either the Grand Junction Rockies or Ogden Raptors, who wrap up their series on Sunday.
