It might be time to face facts: Glendale ain’t good

And the White Sox faction isn’t helping any

Tough enough: Arobio scuffled through another outing on Monday, but still managed to have the best showing of any White Sox.

Mesa Solar Sox 4, Glendale Desert Dogs 0

Gavin Sheets (1B) 0-for-4, 2 K (.148 BA, .364 OPS)
Micker Adolfo (DH) 0-for-3, 2 K (.136 BA, .542 OPS)
Vince Arobio (RP, 5th) IP, 2 H, ER, WP, 18 pitches/13 strikes (8.44 ERA)

There is no joy in Glendale, as the Desert Dogs drop their eighth of 11 games, with a flaccid four hits — none from White Sox. Only two batters in the Desert Dogs lineup today had an average better than .273, and the team, as it was last year, has been disappointing. Sheets and Adolfo managed to contribute none of the team’s four hits but four of its 10 strikeouts.
