It’s essentially an off-day for the Chicago White Sox up in Surprise! this afternoon, with only three likely Opening Day starters in the lineup: Adam Engel, Yonder Alonso and Welington Castillo.
Which is not to say there isn’t some (future) star power in the lineup, with Eloy Jiménez in left field, Nick Madrigal at second base, and Luis González getting some reps at ... DH. (Why wouldn’t you plug in the young guy for some center field time and give Engel an early breather? Odd.)

On the Texas side, Shelby Miller is making his spring debut on the mound, and old friend Matt Davidson, with two homers already this spring, bats sixth and plays first base.
No broadcast is available. It’s a Gameday-only affair.
Carlos Rodón will be making his spring debut tomorrow, hosting the Colorado Rockies.
