Meet the Players: Lil Jimmy

Almost everybody knows South Side Sox mainstay Lil Jimmy. He’s as knowledgeable as it comes regarding the team itself, but LJ has a particular knack for breaking down prospects and sniffing out prospective White Sox draft picks. So it’s with great pride that we push Lil Jimmy above the fold, in time for our 2019 draft coverage.

Favorite baseball movie Field of Dreams. I was so choked up after the movie, I couldn’t speak. My girlfriend and I walked out to see my old pal Ben Hollis (from Wild Chicago). I had to introduce them, and could not remember my girlfriend’s name. She was so pissed at me, I asked her to marry me to get off the hook, and 29 years later ... turns out ... good idea.
