The White Sox are on a seven-game losing streak as they head to Tampa Bay for a three-game weekend series. The losing streak ends tonight! (hopefully)

Reynaldo López is on the mound for the White Sox. ReyLo’s ERA currently sits at 5.97. With his last outing in Oakland being a quality start, giving up no earned runs, it finally got his ERA just a few ticks below 6.00. Second-half ReyLo will be awesome. I declared it before his last outing, and he didn’t let me down.

López’s opponent for the night is the left-handed rookie Brendan McKay. McKay for the Rays so far has been great, as he owns a 1.69 ERA over three starts for them. Oh, and he can mash hell outta the ball, too.

We have an old friend joining us at the Trop. After Charlie Tilson got optioned to Charlotte, Adam Engel gets the call up. No, not Luis Robert. sigh.

Here’s how the boys will line up tonight:

James McCann gets the DH spot, as Castillo is back catching for López.

Tampa Bay will counter as follows:

It’s a 6:10 CT start, NBC Sports Chicago on the broadcast and WGN-AM for the radio.

Here is a rabbit’s foot for good luck to snap the seven game skid.
