Big Boss Ross: Looking to find his mojo.

The last time the White Sox played the Athletics it did not go well — at all. The Sox were swept and now they will be looking for pay back.

The Sox have won four of their last five games and Ross Detwiler looks to keep the momentum moving. Detwiler this year is 1-2 with a 5.72 ERA. His last outing in Philadelphia went well. He kept his pitch count down and navigated through 5 23 innings, in an effort that really spared a taxed bullpen. Hopefully we get some big boss Ross this afternoon.

Mike Fiers is on for the A’s today. Fiers has been good this year, going 10-3 with a 3.46 ERA. Last time we saw Fiers, it didn't go well for the White Sox. He went 7 23 innings, giving up no earned runs. The Sox will be looking to reverse that and knock him early from the game today.

Lineups for today:

Catch the game on WGN and listen on WGN 720-AM, 2:10 p.m. Cue up Field of Dreams to start postgame, and watch in spirit along with all the fans postgame at Sox Park today.
