Yoán Moncada gets into his first game after considerable enrichment yesterday. The White Sox announced the $70 million extension today, so it’s not a mirage: The best all-around player on the team (sorry, not so fast, Luis) is ensconced on the South Side for at least five more years.
Yo! We're one day closer to #CWSOpeningDay.

If Opening Day comes against a lefty, this very much seems the Opening Day lineup and batting order. And that includes Lucas Giolito (making his spring debut) on the bump.
Here’s the opponent, gack:

Love the insipid Marquee Network having to settle for @WatchMarquee as its Twitter hashtag. @Marquee is run by a modest web communications company (“Marquee works with content-driven brands to deliver some of the best experiences on the web.”) with fewer than 1,000 followers, and I just love that the Cubs are unwilling to fork over the coin to avoid using an idiotic handle like @WatchMarquee.
Ballgame is at 2:05 CT and is just on WGN-AM 720, unless you want to risk seeing commercials for Trumpy Bear and a potentially creepy news ticker running across the bottom of your screen over at the “Watch Marquee” channel.
