The majority of the White Sox AFL players were in this close, 7-6 win for the Desert Dogs.
Johan Dominguez started the game, and was much better this time around. He lasted three innings, giving up just one run and recording five strikeouts. J.B. Olson was the bullpen man used today, and all he needed to do was get one out — and he did. Olson came in with a runner on first in a one-run game and struck out Matthew Dyer to keep the lead.

On offense, it was the usual suspects in the lineup. Yoelqui Céspedes and José Rodríguez started, with the latter getting two hits to raise his batting average to .269. Rodríguez would later score after one of those singles. Céspedes reached base twice as well, but it was off a single and a walk, so he had a pitcher’s help for one time on base.
