• Carlos Sanchez went 2-for-4 with a double and a walk.
• Jordan Danks went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts.
• Andy Wilkins hit a double and two singles and struck out twice.
• Charlie Leesman struggled with control: 4.2 IP, 7 H, 4 H, 4 ER, 3 BB, 1 K, 44 of 82 pitches for strikes.

Birmingham 5, Chattanooga 2 (7 innings)

• Marcus Semien went 2-for-3 with a double.
• Jared Mitchell struck out in his only at-bat; Daniel Wagner took his place during his second AB.
• Trayce Thompson, still good: 1-for-2 with a triple and a walk.
• Brandon Jacobs went 1-for-3 with a strikeout.
• Tyler Saladino drew a walk and struck out twice.
• Keenyn Walker is in an 0-for-19 slump after going 0-for-2 with a strikeout. He did steal two bases off Carlos Marmol after Marmol plunked him.
  
• Chris Bassitt won his debut: 5 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 3 BB, 1 K
• Nestor Molina returned to Double-A: 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K
