Minor League Update: April 10, 2017

Bad news: Charlotte is undefeated no more.

Good news: Kannapolis is winless no more.

The Intimidators won their first game of the season on the strength of Yosmer Solorzano’s start, leaving Winston-Salem as the lone Sox affiliate without a victory thus far.

Durham 7, Charlotte 4

• Adam Engel keeps working deep counts, but with nothing to show for it: 0-for-5 with three strikeouts.
• Yoan Moncada homered (from the right side), walked twice (from the right side) and struck out twice.
• Nicky Delmonico wore the collar.
• Willy Garcia went 1-for-3 with a walk.
• Danny Hayes was 0-for-3 with a walk and two strikeouts.
• Ryan Raburn homered in his first Charlotte at-bat. He went 0-for-2 with a walk afterward.
