South Side Sox Slackcast 2 — The SSS Gang Craps on Field of Dreams

Most of us here don’t care for the film, and express that disdain rather colorfully

Back in March, James Fox and I conducted a bit of a spontaneous chat over our site Slack channel concerning the final roster spots for the White Sox, and we decided to publish it as a bit of infotainment/inner workings “Slackchat.”

Well, we’re doing it again, only this time there are eight SSS members involved, all opining on the merits of the movie Field of Dreams. Consider this a companion piece to the podcast that is running on site today as well. And yes, virtually every staff member here is wrong about the movie.

So once again, here’s a glimpse into the inner workings of a big-league, top-notch, smooth-running, poised and ready, 24/7 Chicago White Sox website — or, in this case, the inner workings of South Side Sox.
